Had my reversal on August 27th of 2019, all went well and then in November I started having lower abdominal pain on my left side..,I called the office and they tell me the pain is normal and that I should just take over the counter ibuprofen..., well also on my over the phone consultation I was told that they would do a fertility test on me and my husband...,that never happened.., after trying for 6 months now with out luck weren't considering on having fertility tests done on both of us and that's pretty darn expensive..! I'm very upset that they lied about this tests and that they only made like one call to check up on me after the surgery.. I have read a few reviews about how some of us woman had their tubes closed after a few months after surgery, it really raises my flag as to if mine were ever really even opened...One of the nurses even told me that I should wait a year before trying... I wouldn't give the staff 5 stars but maybe a 1 1/2... God be with us all ..!!

My overall experience was great. I was treated very nice by the staff and the doctor. It took me 5yrs to conceive but I was notified about the percentage of my probability to be able to conceive which was about 20% due to the amount of fallopian tube left over.

I decided to use Dr. Rosenfeld for my tubal reversal and it was a big mistake. After a year of trying to conceive, we went to a fertility specialist. He performed a HSG and both tubes showed close. I let Dr. Rosenfeld know and the FNP in his office (forgot her name) says that it was probably a spasm and to keep trying because it could take up to two years. Well I am coming up on my 3 year anniversary and have yet to conceive AT ALL. Pretty sure that my tubes were never open and I believe Dr. R

The overall experience was great. That is until about a month ago and my husband and I went to my ob/gyn to see if there was a reason I hadn't conceived and he does an ultrasound and informs me that my tubes are closed. My husband and I were and are devastated. We were so ready to be new parents now we have another road block in our way. Not to mention we money that was wasted. Now we have to try ivf which is more money, pain and stress. I would like to know how often this happens?
