My primary referred me to Dr. Germain. I saw another doctor in the same field and was...not impressed. My primary flat out told me"I did not tell you to got to...I told you to see Germain. In other words the man knows his stuff! I've been a patient of Dr. Germain and would be lost with out him. I have fibromyalgia and of course autoimmune disease. He told me what I needed to do and he did his part. He does an exam every time, does not just write out scripts and send you on your way. There was a complete staff change 6 months or so ago. So far I find them very helpful. I don't usually do a review on drs. But Dr. Germain is on point. He's a GOOD, knowledgeable specialist. Bed side manner wise, just fine. He does expect us to do our part. Eat right, walk. He's helped me. 10 stars for knowledge!

He delivered my diagnosis of fibromyalgia by handing me a brochure for Lyrica with a prescription. Without having explained what he was diagnosing or anything. He hated that I asked questions. He's an old-school "just do what the doctor says" doc that doesn't like patients who want to know about their conditions and doesn't really want to discuss them with you. After the 3rd visit, I told him to his face that he was fired and I was finding somebody else. His bedside manner sucks.

I have been seeing Dr Germain for ten years. He was a godsend when my rheumatologist in Palm Harbor told me there was not much she could do for me. He referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who replaced both my hips. I continue to see Dr Germain for osteoarthritis in my neck and toes and fingers and I think he is wonderful. He is patient, understanding, thorough and very competent. He is no-nonsense and has a rather dry sense of humor that I find refreshing. I would highly recommend him.

This doctor is probably the rudest I've ever seen. He made me not even want to find out the issue. He would give no explanations and leave you hanging. I wouldn't recommend him to the person on the street. He treats his staff terribly which is really why they are so rude because they are so stressed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Germain for over 10 years. You may have to wait a while to see him. The reason, is that he takes his time to evaluate and answers all your questions. He cares for all his patients. He does not rush to get to the next patient. The staff is great also.

Do not waste you're time and money here, because that's all you'll do. They charged me over 400 dollars out of pocket just to send me out for labs and films, on top of those facilities charges for those services. The staff is the most unprofessional and rude clinic staff I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, threaten to put me in collections on the first call, and Jennifer is always texting behind the desk when a patient comes up, and she doesn't stop until she's good and ready.

The doctor would not answer my direct questions instead chose to answer in his doctors notes which I had to go to my primary doctor to get him to read to me. If he would have talked to me I would have provided important information that may have changed his answer. I don't know was my #1 answer received my #2 was I can give you a drug to help with that but I don't recommend it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Terrible experience- actually started going to a doctor 2 hours away just because it was so bad. He was not very helpful in suggesting new things for my arthritis as well as was not very good at answering questions or any concerns that I had.
