Unfortunately, I had no experience with him... My job got in the way of two appointments .. The office was supposed to call me back to reschedule, but they never did.. When I called them 3 days later, the office person said Dr. Williams will not be rescheduling your appointment.. I asked why... because you rescheduled twice.. It's really a shame because he came highly recommended, but I guess you're not allowed to cancel more than once.... Trust me.. i will let everyone I know about this.
