Dr. MacQueen listened to me when other doctors wouldn’t!! I’m forever grateful for the care and concern he has shown me. After two surgeries and many therapy visits I feel better than I did three years ago. If you’re looking for a doctor that has your best interest and care at heart please go and see him!

I came to Dr. MacQueen desperate for help after getting the run-around from my doctor's in Florida for nine months for a reverse shoulder replacement. He got me scheduled for surgery immediately and did a wonderful job. My pain level decreased right away and I am already able to do more than I was able to do nine months ago after just six weeks. If I need anything else I will be coming back to see him.

Loud pop from the needle from the Cortizone injection. It hurt so bad I threw up from the pain. He told me I need to do six months of physical therapy before he would give me an MRI. He was so unprofessional I can't say how disgusted I am withtheir service. It seems to me they are in the Business of making money rather than helping patients. I know a lot of people they referred to physical therapy in their same building that they own before they would do anything else money maker bunch of

Dr. Macqueen did an amazing job and I have nothing but appreciation for him. I broke my humerus and had my original surgery cancel my surgery without me know. Dr. MacQueen took my chart and accepted my case late at night within minutes and did my surgery. Seriously a great guy. Highly recommend.

If you want the best of the best look no further. You will not find a better Doctor then Dr. Benjamin MacQueen.Excellent staff also. 3/21/17 Dr. McQueen did my surgery for a total left knee replacement and did an amazing job. I am a very heavy person & had a hard time finding a doctor to do a knee replacement that was bone on bone & spurring, plus screws from previous surgeries. Dr. MacQueen didn't hesitate at all & gives painless cortisone shots, just a poke.

Dr. MacQueen is outstanding and honest! My son was told that he needed surgery for a wrist and ankle fracture from another Orthopedist and Dr. Macqueen did not think surgery was necessary. My son's fractures have healed just fine! The office was nice and the staff friendly.

Dr. MacQueen is so passionate and caring. One could not ask for a better surgeon with such good bedside manner. One of the most important things is that Dr. MacQueen "hears" you and listens intensively.

His beside manners are what I remember the most when I think of Dr. MacQueen. He is very personable and respectful. He also possesses a lot of patients when speaking with you. He is certainly not in a hurry and does not make you feel rushed. He also seemed to really care. Overall Dr. MacQueen is a great Dr., surgeon and person. Sincerely, Teagan And Jen

If you want to wait 3 hours after arrival having an appointment, complaint about it and send you to a room for another 45 min, visit this office. after 3 months of unprofessional services and rude staff we decided to transfer to a different doctor and they didn't have any record of the surgery and treatment performed, they even lost my husband MRI CD! After just 3 months! This doctor among the entire staf are a bunch of unprefessional sate they are all a joke.
