Worst orthopedic surgeon ever. He gave me NO solutions to help my hand pain except to wear a brace that I’ve been wearing already for months and to see him after a month if the pain don’t go away. Well, of course the pain won’t go away in a month because I’m not doing anything different than what I’ve been doing. He said surgery and cortisone shots were not good for me because my age! So, I am supposed to live with this pain until I’m old enough to get the surgery!!! No way will I ever go back.

He was very knowledgable. He offered different treatment strategies and we discussed which he recommended and why. He allowed me full participation in the decisions regarding my treatment.

I have nothing against the Dr. himself....I just think their description of the surgery and recovery should be more realistic.

Dr. Kleinhenz performed surgery on my hand in December 2015. Prior to the surgery, he explained the procedure in layman's terms, gave me a good sense of what post surgery and recovery would entail, and has been responsive to concerns/questions during followup visits.
