Dr. Hull spends the kind of time necessary to really investigate my issue. I experience him as truly listening and caring about my situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I've had chronic issues and I find him to be a rare balance of knowledge and empathy. I believe that despite my tough medical condition and challenge, he is the one to help me get better.

I called to make an appointment for a problem I’m having with my ear. I called and they said that I could bevseen in the Radford office on the 4th or 5th but when I called back to confirm they told me that I couldn’t be seen because the doctor only comes every so often. After I had a whole conversation about where the the office is located, insurance and my transportation issue. She still continued to act like I could find a way to her office in Blacksburg on another date. I was very disappointed in the the service the scheduling receptionist was. So to some it up she told me that I was a lier and the conversation we had never existed. Now I’m suffering from an ear ache that won’t go away!

Dr. Hull was fantastic! I was a patient who required more time than myself of the Doc thought it would take. What should have been a 15 min visit turned into an hour due to my complicated situation. I knew I was putting a very busy day for him even farther behind but he was the ultimate professional and never made it seem like a burden. As my procedure caused a little minor irritation he kept a great conversation to help ease the situation. Easily one of the best doctor visits I've had in a long, long time. Thank you, Dr Hull!
