The likely hood of recommending Dr Crane to family and friends would be zero.
Rochester, NY |
Would not recommend Dr.Crane, Doctor Crane doesn't listen to any of your concerns. He appeared to be showing off to the young intern taking notes on a laptop. I came out of the office feeling way worse then when I went in. On a side note I did not see Doctor Crane wash his hands when he came in the room or when he left. the room? I wish my primary doctor would have sent me to a better doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Crane for years, starting many years ago when he successfully helped diagnosis the cause of severe dizziness. More recently, I have been to office for evaluation and treatment of sudden onset on-sided hearing loss. He and his staff have always been friendly, professional and addressed all of my questions.

The supplement regimen he recommended to me seems to be working, which is great. However, he didn't even talk about the pills or what they were. He referred me 2 the large handout he gave me 4 Vestibular Migraine/Eustatchian Tube Disorder. He needs to work on his bedside manner and overall demeanor. He was OK but not overly kind. He seemed surprised that I had a list of symptoms all ready 2 discuss (?). He also was surprised I was already using Nasonex (?). A bit arrogant and goes 2 fast..

This guy was terrible. Zero bedside manner. Treated me like an idiot when I asked questions, didn't explain anything to me in depth and I left with tons of questions but felt too embarrassed and rushed through the appointment to ask more. His tone was so condescending and I was in the room with him for 3 minutes tops. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I'll be switching to someone else.
Rochester, NY |
I've been his patient for 8 years because he is a brilliant surgeon. However, I can't stand my appointments with him. He is disrespectful and makes me feel scared. He doesn't ask me to move my head, he jerks it around. He doesn't tell me before he touches me or does anything, including uncomfortable procedures. He did something that made me dizzy and had me leave the room before I felt better and I almost fell. Don't see him.
Webster, NY |
This "Dr" is a joke, he spent a whole 2 minutes with me-did not address my problem then asked me if I had any questions!! No bedside manor-everything was "its your TMJ" Do not see this man.
Worst doctor I've ever seen....had no information for me at all...barely even spoke. Waste of time and money.
