Dr. Crane is an insensitive and condescending doctor. He "congratulated" me for being a part of the 80% of the population who experiences back pain as he shook my hand. He also let me know the the good news about my visit, "You don't have cancer and you're not gonna die." Did he check for cancer? Is he an oncologist?

BEWARE. Do not let workman's comp or insurance send you to this Joke of a doctor. He WILL make you worse. This man does not work for you. He works for insurance. He will not care for you properly. My dad has bulging discs and can barely walk or get out of bed because of the pain. He didn't run any tests on him but sent him to work hardening instead of actually treating him. My dad could not do anything. This doctor lied about the results and released him back to work worse than before.

Dr Crane is very rude, talks too fast, rushes you, did not listen to a word I said about my injury and just basically blew me off. Unless you need surgery or injections, you are not a money maker for him and he could care less. Front office staff was rude, he was over 30 minutes late for a 9:30 am appointment. All around horrible experience. I would not recommend the office or him at all to anyone.
in Cape Girardeau, MO |
Dr Crane spent less than 10 minutes in the room between 2 different visits! I drove a total of 6 hours between two different visits for him to see me less than 10 minutes! Never fixed the issue, offered bad advise that I was advised by a second doctor not to continue...the second doctor actually spoke with me and asked questions to offer advise on. Honestly a waste of my time!
St.Louis Mo. |
He was simply paid off by work comp to lie and deny my claim. Poor excuse of a doctor.
