Dr Bedford performed emergency surgery on me. After three years I noticed extreme pain in my shoulder. I went back to him On the x-ray the screws were twisted but he said not to worry. Last night one of the screws came protruding through my shoulder I contacted another doctor and he said the shoulder never healed and now the screws are floating through my body.

The worst medical experience I have ever had in my life. Not only did he spend less than 3 minutes evaluating my left shoulder and then rush me out the door, he insisted that I did not need surgery after taking me through a couple of exercises and that in time I would heal. After several other consultations, each surgeon said that I needed surgery. He is so overwhelmed with his patient load, do not waste your time with this guy.

Dr Bedford diagnosed my shoulder pain . Recommended and preformed a total shoulder replacement. I could not be more pleased. My range of motion is renewed. Sleeping is pain free. Dr. Bedford is very much available to answer any questions or concerns.

Dr. Bedford's office staff is not trained or helpful in scheduling and following up. They dropped the ball on my MRI appointment and recommended a provider that was out of my network. Quite frustrating to deal with.

After breaking my Elbow I was already very stressed and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Bedford came in to the rescue like an Angel i desperatley needed. His compassion is beyond expectation, he is very knowledgable and answered all my questions in a very detailed manner. He is exceptional My post op visits have been great and I would never think twice about going to anyone else for treatment, highly recommended!!

I broke my arm - Distal Radius, went to ER - LHH and Orthopedic Physician on call was Dr. Benjamin Bedford. After waiting 3 hours with BROKEN ARM. Dr. Bedford arrived and did the manipulation of the arm. When he finished he told me to call his Surgical Coordinator, Natalie, when he found out that I have MEDICAID he refused to treat me. I received a bill for ER visit for $1,505.04. NOT ALLOWED by NYS Medicaid. Dr. Bedford is all about MONEY and not the "Physician Oath". Shame on you! Disgrace!
in New York, NY |
Without question the best surgeon. I tore my hamstring completely off the bone in two out of the three spots. I met with several doctors and knew Dr Bedford was the one for me. Aside from his impressive knowledge and detailed explanation of how to repair the injury he also has a great deal of compassion which is rare to find in top notch surgeons. I know this was a routine procedure for him but it is very scary to go through as a patient and he understood that. Best guy for hamstring repair!!!
Getzville, NY |
Dr is exceptional. Office staff are very unprofessional and pocketed my copay. A month later I receive a bill that I didn't pay my copay. Avoid this scamming place.
