excellent
I have had several visits with Dr. Ben Shin--two were virtual. I am delighted to have found this first rate MD. I find him to be a good communicator: 1. First rate about explaining what he is going to do. 2. Accurate in his description of how it will feel when he does it. 3. Post procedure visits designed to help the patient be as accurate as a layman can be. Describing pain is not easy. Respectful, warm and encouraging. Wonderful staff.
