Highly regarded amongst his peers, I am confident in him as my partner in health; whose vast knowledge, experience and expertise I rely to stay healthy through routine checkups. On visits, he is in the moment with ONLY me putting me at ease and making me comfortable to talk to him and addressing all my concerns . . . questions and some that I haven't thought of; including COVID telehealth visit. I am so very thankful for him and grateful that he is caring for me.

I was scheduled to have shoulder replacement surgery but the anesthesiologist needed to speak with Dr. Harvey before same even though he received a clearance letter saying I was "optimized". He called and called but Dr. Harvey's lack of courtesy in returning his calls (never mind not calling a patient back but a physician?) caused my surgery to be canceled. No, I would not recommend him under any circumstance. Returning phone calls, especially to another doctor, is part of his job.

POOR Rating a result of Dr. Harvey’s total lack of communication and follow-up. Had a surgical procedure from Dr. Harvey with no follow-up from him or is office. After 3 phone calls to his office the week following the procedure, we received ZERO Return Phone calls. We just gave-up and tried to communicate through our WEILL Cornell PCP. Unacceptable on Dr. Harvey’s part!

Dr Harvey is outstanding. He takes the time to explain the condition, using images and drawings. He listens to questions and addresses them thoroughly. I have never seen a doctor who takes his patients so seriously and really explains everything to them. I was amazed. Dr Harvey is very thorough, he will do everything possible to make sure he knows what's going on with your health and address the problem appropriately. He is also very friendly
