I saw Dr. Zubkov for a skin check and she was ok.The next time I came back for a skin check (while I was undergoing chemotherapy) she was fine for the skin check, but became very rude and angry when I started to ask her additional questions. She said that she didn't have time for this and left the room and slammed the door behind her.I heard a staff person in the hallway ask her what was wrong and she stomped away.I was mortified and crying when I left.Other drs in the practice are kind.

I've been going to Dr. Zubkov for about 6 years now. I usually show up with a few questions; they are answered in a way that I can understand. Her approach makes me feel comfortable asking questions. I always leave with some tips to help me manage my sun exposure and a feeling that I've been well cared for. I have recommended Dr. Zubkov to family and friends and I will continue to due so.

I actually enjoyed my two visits with Dr. Z. She is very professional, matter-of-fact this is what should be done type physician, yet at the same time personable. I have full confidence in her.

Ask her a question and she looks at you like you're stupid and just hands you a sheet of paper to read.

Dr. Zubkov is an outstanding dermatologist. I have annual checkups with her, and I have seen her for some skin concerns over the years. She is always professional, informative, respectful, compassionate and very personable. My husband is her patient as well. We highly recommend her.

I won't be going back to see Dr. Zubkov. I found her to be rude and defensive at my last visit along with a degree of arrogance. Many Dr.'s seem to forget that in-and-out in 15 minutes or less doesn't leave a concerned patient with a confident feeling about their visit and next steps. She showed no interest or maturity in the handling of the conversation which to me demonstrated a lack of interpersonal skills and professionalism. Amazing that's she employed and has any patients.
