Seeing a doctor is not my favorite thing; they either don't fully listen to my concerns, make eye contact with me or take the time to figure out alternatives other than giving me pills after pills after pills. Dr. Fradlis takes the time to listen to me, to work with me to find a course of treatment we're both comfortable with. She thinks outside the box and is always available to answer any concerns I may have. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr. Frandlis was kind and patient and listened to me and explained everything I needed explained in an unrushed manner. She was very pleasant. She addressed my concerns in a respectful way and did not make me feel trivial at all. My only disappointment was that she doesn't do primary care.
