So I have been to Dr.Kermani about 10 times. The first few times he was ok but then I ended up getting really sick. He repeatedly was not thorough in reviewing my blood work and other tests. I questioned him a few times only to be met with complete rudeness. I think his lack of empathy and taking time to properly review tests are a huge problem. I had several tests come out abnormal with him saying otherwise. If you try to nicely discuss things regarding the abnormal tests and why he didn’t tell you, he will meet you with extreme rudeness. As long as you only go once a year and have no issues he is fine. He also does not always prescribe the correct medicine for the issue.

Do not sign up with this office. I searched for reviews to see if my experiences were unique and it seems not. It is impossible to reach the office by phone. I have called over 20 times and got through once. On that occasion, the receptionist is rude, impatient, uninformative - provides completely vague responses that lead nowhere, quickly puts the phone down. Dr Kermani is, himself, a pleasant enough man.

The receptionist Gabby of this office is incredibly rude. She is condescending and has that tone of voice where you’re totally inconveniencing her. She was of no help, instead of asking from me what info she needed for the office she continued to berate me about how I didn’t do things correctly and called me irate and defensive. I will not go to a doctor who’s own staff can’t respect patients.

I went to this office sick with flu like symptoms twice. The first time he told me to go to ER ?! (I went and they gladly collected a few thousand $ and told me that I am not going to die today....) The second time he gave me a referral to a specialist knowing very well that it will take 2 months to actually see him.... and sent me off without even a prescription...

Unfortunately this is the only doctor that speaks the same language as my mother. I found this office to be unprofessional and the staff is rude, annoying, and unhelpful.

Terrible office staff! My father seems to like the doctor ok, but the office staff is awful! Rude and definitely do not care about the patients. There seems to be no communication, you are only ever able to leave messages, you will not be able to get referrals, clearances, or answers to anything at this office. Changing doctors today.

Staff is highly corrupt and needs to be replaced. They are rude and have no compassion towards your patients. All they like to do is eat like pigs and smoke cigarettes while gossiping about your patients outside your office, especial the pig receptionist. I am going on 5 weeks and they have yet to simply send a fax for my referral. You can easily hire smarter, kinder, more trust worthy people at a lower salary as well. There are a lot of good people waiting to be hired for good work.

dr. kermani has an office less than 5 miles from where I live. He is only there one day a week but that is fine with me. The first time I called for an appointment they got me in the next day. I like him very much, he has his own practice so your not dealing with a corporation. When you have an appointment you see him every time not their assistant. Dr. Kermani is through, I have a lot of medical issues and no Dr. can do everything at once. Dr.'s are busy, if they don't call back you call them.

Disinterested. Understaffed. Calls seldom returned. Impossible to get appointment. Injured my shoulder on Monday. Called, got NO ANSWER--phone rang & rang. Tuesday I finally got through but had to leave a message, which was never returned. Wednesday they are in a different office, so I called that office. Phone was never picked up. Thursday after waiting on hold 30 minutes I was told no appointments were available & doctor was on vacation the following week. Solution? Try Quick Care!

The staff NEVER calls back. I have never received my results from an ultrasound. The nurse's station promised to mail them to me. THEY NEVER DID! The doctor didn't explain what was happening or what he wanted me to do after my second visit to his office. He referred me to a specialist but didn't tell me so when the specialist's office called, I didn't know what to say. I had to request my own lab results from Quest Diagnostics because the office never called me. I will not be returning.
