This doctor showed zero interest in my issues and actually made my anxiety worse. His attitude was terrible and he made decisions that other medical professionals I have seen since were baffled by - he is someone who is doing the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. The administrative team at Harding is aware of his issues but they continue to employ which means OSU does not really care about the quality of their care at Harding.

The doctor outer appearance was NOT professional, messy hair and clothings. But outside of that, he's an arrogant man, very loud and his tone of voice was condescending to me as the mother of one of his patient. Every few words I said, was discounted abruptly. Basically he would not want to hear whatever I was trying to relay to him. He gave an appearance "could not be bothered", which I extremely DO NOT appreciate, remember, my insurance & my pocket is paying for his so called "service".

We found Dr. Lotfi-Fard not really wanting to help my son. We expressed needing urgent help and he had scheduled a next appt for one month later. Then, I got another appt where he interviewed me for my son, and I felt that he asked me the most irrelevant questions to help my son. It was like I was starting a fire with 575.00 last week. OUCH. I am not happy with him and him not helping except to take our money. I will not be having my son go back to this Doctor.

If one is a doctor I expect that one to be attentive and qualified or at least adequate. This individual did not know how to do any of the traits I mentioned. I found him coarse, surly, and somewhat of a oppressor. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone, because of his atrocious bedside manners. That's all.
