Brimley, MI |
Dr. Kiami's appointments with my mother usually last five minutes or less. He hurries in and makes a few statements about her condition, often with no new lab results or exam. He then makes a broad diagnoses and orders a simplistic solution that will solve numerous complex issues. For example, dropping one med prescribed by another doctor will supposedly fix multiple symptoms. Then he will abruptly leave without even asking if we have any questions or concerns.

I go to him for my checkups having to due with my diabetes. He's a great doctor. Always comes in with energy and enthusiasm. He's very lenient with me, but knows when to put his foot down. The ladies who come to poke my finger for the A1C tests are always a pleasure to be around. The secretaries are very well mannered and do there job great. 10/10 Rating for them all!!

The staff that work at this office are not professional and are just mean and seem unhappy. My last visit was a disaster and the nurse was a bully and ignored me while I asked her a question about my care and the visit. She literally walked out the door while I was talking to her . The Dr heard the whole conversation and was in his office and finally after I asked the 3rd time the Dr heard me and while in his office shouted out my answer to me. Not even coming out to ask what the problem was o

I had an appointment for 10:30 AM, wife with MS starts to have a seizure at 9:00 that morning. No way I can leave her with the sitter so I call and re-schedule the appointment for the following week. 3 hours later I get a call from his office informing me that the doctor will not see me, cancelled the nest week appointment and charges me $90 for a missed appointment. I can see the $90 for a missed appointment but to be so arrogant that he believes his time is worth more than my wife's is pittif

It is a visit where he speaks and orders med changes with no tests. Dangerous. Than when the tests are done after he has already changed the meds you had been on and the results are very bad he accepts no responsibility.
