While Dr Katzman may or may not be a caring and competent doctor. His office suffers terribly from over booking. I had an appointment today and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and still had to wait 1 hour and 28 minutes before being called to a room. When I spoke to the receptionist about this her answer was it happens, the doctor usually takes longer than expected with patients. My question is if you know that the doctor takes x amount of time then you're over booking.
