Dr Irons, as of May 2023, is located at St. Michael's Presbyterian Medical Clinic in Santa Fe NM. He does take time to get to know his patients by listening. He is able to see the underlying diagnosis and sort through Neurological,, Connective tissues/collegan, Spinal or other conditions, disorders and phobias that affect the way the brain works; as well as life experiences from childhood to current Adult age which may contribute to mental & emotional conditions and disorders. He has a good awareness of medications from all different levels and classifications as well as takes into consideration any other medications you may take for physical or other conditions and symptoms. He Is very thorough but down to earth with a open dialog and discussion about treatments and medications. He will squeeze you in within a week or two if severity calls for it. He also works well and communicates with other providers, even if not part of same network, facility or company to collaborate what's be

Horrible Doctor
Prescribed medication without thoroughly going through what and why he’s prescribing them. Doesn’t listen to patients concerns. Has his nurse follow up more than he does. Discontinues patients if you address concerns about what you’re being prescribed.

Interesting "psychiatrist" because he prescribed me medications but never spoke to me or asked me any questions. I've never heard of any doctor who never speaks to their patient at all. This is unsafe.
