Barnard A. Kaplan, MD is an original  Co-Founder of Eye Associates. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, D.C.

Dr. Kaplan is the Chief of Ophthalmology for Virtua Health Hospital System. As a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Dr. Kaplan provides diagnosis and treats all types of visual problems and ocular diseases.

Dr. Kaplan is active in many professional organizations and memberships.
