Dr. O'Connell was one of the worst doctors I've ever had. For starters, she didn't knock on the door when she came in. She just waltzed right in, no eye contact, no hello, nothing! She just whizzed through the appointment without a care in the world. Call me crazy, but I believe that anyone who works with people (whether it's a doctor, customer service representative, etc.) have people skills. It's not too much to ask!
