Dr. Pomerants was fantastic. If you want a no nonsense straight to the point doctor, he is your guy. Removed a large tumor from my back with no complications. On time for surgery. Talked with my wife after surgery. We would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pomerants was amazing, I was diagnosed at 11:00 am with severe gallbladder problem, my family doctor sent info out to several surgeons to get me in that day. Not one of them called to get me in so we started making calls because I did not want to go to emergency room and have just anyone cut on me! Dr.Pomerants made time to see me in between surgeries and admitted me. The surgery was done that evening and I was released the next day. The staff was amazing and I would highly recommend!

I definitely would NOT recommend this doctor or his practice. He had 2 weeks to consult with my Rheumatologist prior to surgery but neglected to do so - did not return calls to him until I complained to the office manager 2 days prior to surgery. Provided incorrect information on meds following surgery and gave me a script for oxy (allergic to this med)This was clearly indicated on my chart. My wounds were not even looked at before I was discharged from the hospital.

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Pomerants. I had a surgery that went well. The reason this isn't a 5 star review was my interaction with his staff after the surgery. I found ZERO help from the office staff regarding scheduling my follow up appointment. The office manager was understanding, but still unable to resolve the issue. There was absolutely no regard for customer service. The tone of voice from the person I first spoke with made me shudder. I have more to say. Limited by characters.
