My first visit
It took me 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Ayoub hoping that I will get the care that I needed. Unfortunately Dr. Ayoub did not give me any attention, all what he did is ask few questions and wrote the answer on his laptop. The whole time he spent with me was 4 minutes. Left the office with nothing. Bad Doctor, no caring, not a professional at all. Stay away from him.

Dr Hussain has removed several precancerous polyps from me. His bedside manner is second to none and without hesitation, I would fully recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, his clinic staff at NCH could do with a few lessons in patient relations though. You are nobody to them and they really do let it show! There is more to every patient other than their ‘ID and Insurance card’ which is about all they have to say to you. A smiley greeting wouldn’t hurt them - or perhaps it really would ……. Maybe they should just try it and find out for themselves some day - soon. They may feel good after it!

Inefficient and ignorant support staff. Doctor Hussain is fine, but his staff is poorly trained and overly arogant. They refused a refill to my prescription claiming that I had not seen the doctor in over a year, when in actuality I have records that was examined 8 months ago.

I came to Dr Hussain with symptoms of acid reflux. He suspected heart issues and referred me to a cardiologist. Thank goodness he did. I had a 99% blockage that required a stent. I feel Dr Hussain saved my life. He is very knowledgeable and very patient and really listens to you.

If I can give him less than one star, I would. I went to see him for the first time and I was in pain. He refused to examine me because he claimed my insurance would not pay for the hospital where he has admitting privileges. He practically kicked me out of the office. This man does not care about the well being of his patients and only sees dollar signs.

I highly recommend Dr. Ayub Hussain. My father first went to him and I now also go to him for gastroenterology. Dr. Hussain really made a sincere effort to welcome me to his office. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He has a caring and calm demeanor, which I really appreciate. When I went to my first colonoscopy, he greeted me with such friendliness that I won't ever forget. I was very nervous, but he made me feel much better. FIVE STAR treatment!

My Dad was diagnosed with Colon Cancer recently which left me wondering. I made an appointment to see Dr. Hussain and he was comforting and very helpful. We discussed various options available to me and ended up choosing to have a colonoscopy even though I am only 40. A few weeks later the procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Hussain and his staff have been nothing but helpful and amazing.

I went to see this Dr. with my husband who had disc and fusion surgery. After a month he still couldn't swallow so we went to see Dr. Hussain. The first thing he wanted to do was order a colonoscopy because of his weight loss. I'm no Dr. but I'm pretty sure that's because he hadn't eaten in a month. Then when asked what could cause this he says" well possibly cancer" REALLY? NEVER EVER say that to a patient without running tests. My opinion is Run don't walk leaving his practice.
