I wouldn't take my dog to mr. Fatade. I blame him for my daughters death. He had her on so much meds that it kept her mind messed up. We tried to talk to him , but he wouldn't listen. What dr. Prescribes oxy15, sleeping pills and nerve meds and tells her to take them all at the same time.
