The last appointment I had with doctor was extremely disappointing - I was treated like a "dummy" with respect to my disease Guillain-Barré syndrome/CIDP which I was three years out. I needed pain medication and was not given any relief/RX. I firmly believe he has no idea what this disease is about.

I suffered with chronic back pain for 11 years. I had to use a wheelchair on a regular basis. Dr. Basali is a dedicated specialist who brought me through the pain until i no longer needed a wheelchair or cane. He is a very compassionate man who always has kind words of encouragement.

Was referred to Dr Basali Feb 2018. With each visit a closer level of trust has been established with Dr Basali and others who care for me. I feel I can express my pain concerns and feelings in a non-judgemental environment. Wait time during the last three visits have become increasingly less and less with my last appt., Aug 23, at 30 minutes. In at 9:30 out at 10.

Wait time is ridiculous, then your made to feel like you are a drug seeker because your in so much pain you want to try anything to make it go away. The way I’ve heard his nurse speak to people there is not ok either. They shouldn’t reprimand workers in front of patients. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.

Everything THAT Dr. Basali has done for me has saved my life. I don't just rely on his shots and pain meds. I also do my party so I get the most out of what he does for me. I lost my life for 2 years and he's brought me back. I also have lost 55 pounds. I would HIGHLY recommend this Dr and I do. Sometime you have to wait but it's well worth it. Only good things can come from this.

I have been going to Dr Basali since 2008. He is a very compassionate doctor and is genuinely concerned about my pain. I have been able to get my pain under control and tolerable under his care. The wait time could be better but I am willing to wait for a great doctor.

Dr.Basali and his entire medical staff and incredible. He genuinely cares how you are feeling (mentally and physically), alternatives if something isn't working, he wants nothing but positive results for each one of his patients. I wouldn't be where I am today without the treatment I have recieved from Dr. Basali. He was tough on me at first and made sure I was following his instructions 100% to get the most out of my treatment. He listenes to me. Let me say that again HE LISTENES TO ME. He has

If you have an appointment at his office, you better pack a lunch! It's very common for his office to triple book all of his appointment. He has an appointment scheduled every 15 minutes totally 4 per hour but will schedule 3 patients per every 15 minute slot. It is a common thing to finally see the Dr at least an hour(or even 3) after your scheduled time! So, if you like sitting in a waiting room, then this is the office for you!

Dr. Basali has always been kind, reassuring, and understanding to my pain. He's always explained everything and has been honest and open with me. Now I'm disappointed with the staff on setting up my injections. Dr.Basali told me if I needed my injections sooner to call in. I have literally been waiting for two weeks now. I called my insurance after being told they were waiting on approval, and the insurance company said they never received it.
