Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Basali "A good doctor keeps an open mind and considers all the concerns of their patient. I always strive to understand each individual and her or his environment and think that the small things can lead to large healing. I see people who are in need and want health. While preventing illness and treating suffering, I see people through lenses that respect both traditional and non-traditional information and treatments. I listen to each individual's story so that I learn what may provide the best benefit. I feel there is always more to an individual than what I know — a patient is more than someone with a problem, they are a person with something to share and looking for guidance. Healing develops from a relationship in which learning and teaching flows from physician to patient and from patient to physician. This is the aspect of caring for people that I enjoy most and that I believe is crucial to delivering superior care.

~ Dr. A. Harris Basali"

The way I’ve heard his nurse speak to people there is not ok either. They shouldn’t reprimand workers in front of patients. I wouldn’t recommend this...more

I have been going to Dr Basali since 2008. He is a very compassionate doctor and is genuinely concerned about my pain. I have been able to get my pain under control and tolerable under his care. The wait time could be better but I am willing to wait for a great doctor.
