DR Livingstone you need to know this.
Dr Livingstone is Great, Her Staff awful rude, the lady at the front desk over charged my copay over a 100.00 dollars, would not listen to reason that my deductible had been met, Now the billing lady (also rude) said i will get a refund in 6 to 8 weeks. It gets better... I was to have hand surgery on 10/17/22, how ever Scheduling lady who was going to call and set up the Surgery the day after my original App, 10/6/22, called on 10/17/22 to set it up, When I said I was to be having the surgery today, She replied OK Ill just put down that your not ready and you can call us back when you are ready. What A Joke,

No wait, explained my situation “Chronic arthritic pain in left thumb” told the Doc my last two injections no longer worked. Dr. Livingstone’s injection of Cortisone was a little different than previous ones. Three days later no more pain. Her shot stung a little more than past shots but so far so good.

Dr Livingstone was pleasant and gave a fast and thorough evaluation, prescribed medication. If any subsequent needs for their service or office are needed, all bets are off. They are terribly disorganized, never return calls, pharmacy has impossible time for refills because they cannot reach them either. Big thumbs down.

I used to have one of the best surgeons who saved me twice. I called her my guardian angel. First reconstructive surgery in 1986 and 2014. It was time to find someone to keep me mobile through my rough life. Dr Livingstone has stepped in perfectly and operated on both hands. I don't think I've ever seen a doctor so respected by the people who work in the OR with her. She's friendly she educates and my hand surgeon from here on out. I highly recommend Dr Livingstone. I don't think I will ask her out for a drink on here but understand why one patient grading her did on here. Dude really? on health grade?

I went for a consultation about a month ago with Dr. Livingstone.....While she seemed to be pleasant and knowledgable the office has not returned one call after I had left at LEAST 3 messages!!!....I am scheduled to have hand surgery on but was looking to reschedule although that seems impossible!.....if this is any indication of how my surgery will go I might have to opt out....

If you want a good doctor and more so , office service after your procedure, go somewhere else. Months after doctor writes a prescription for therapy, it takes 12 days for the same office to pass it to me and my PCP. No call returns, no care, no knowledge of who is who in this office. Totally disappointed.

I have been searching for a surgeon qualified and knowledgable in how to repair my specific wrist injury. After seeing numerous surgeons claiming to know how to treat a scapholunate ligament tear and triangular fibrocartilage injury I feel confident in dr Livingstones approach/plan on how to proceed and I feel confident scheduling my surgery with her.
