I was 20 mins late for a pre-op appointment and he refused to see me. I took off work, traveled south on I-77, which was at a crawl from exit 33 to 25. With the condition of the interstate, he better learn to be a little flexible with his schedule. And I was the only patient in the office. Everyone is trying to cope with the terrible road system NC DOT has created for our area. Because of this TERRIBLE Customer Service, I'm going to Carolina's Medical Center, You should too!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we're sorry that you had a negative experience at one of our offices. Traffic can certainly be a problem in this area. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further. Please call 704-377-4009 and ask to speak with Meredith.

I took my wife to her appointment today with Dr. Khanna and was very impressed. He really knows his stuff and put my mind, and hers, at ease. I trust that she'll get the best care at Charlotte Gastro. Nice office too!
