Lost Purpose
The office has gone "Woke". Very elderly patient denied appointment for treatment because they were "running a fever". Well .. the patient had been running a fever for nearly a month, lost over ten pounds and experiencing moderately severe mental confusion as a result of a systemic infection. The patient (later) tested negative for flu, covid ... while STILL running a fever. No excuse for the "Woke" refusal to schedule an appointment. Note to the mentally-dim, woker-activist front-office staff: People do NOT seek medical attention when they are feeling fine. If you aren't in the business of helping the infirmed, close the office so as to not confuse people.

Amazing Physician
When my primary care physician changed his practice, he referred me to Dr. Kapadia, who was his primary care physician. That was 15 years ago. My care under Dr. Kapadia has been amazing. I have a rare autoimmune disease and see several specialists. Dr. Kapadia is often a step ahead of them in anticipating new issues and bringing a whole-health perspective to balance out their sometimes narrow focus. He has gently guided me to find the right specialists when the standard of care I was receiving fell short. When I've ignored him in lieu of a specialist, I've always come to regret it. As such, he has been the lynchpin for tying together my overall team of doctors within a coordinated, big picture approach. I am now seeing world leading specialists at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Kapadia consistently functions at their level of competence, and sometimes even better. Because of him, I'm doing better today than when I first saw him 15 years ago, despite my normally deteriorating disease.

Dr. Kapadia reminds me of that down home neighborhood family doctor. His practice is not too big, where you feel like just a number and not too small where he’s a dinosaur of the ages. I recommend his practice to my friends for this reason.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kapadia for years. He quickly ascertains my medical needs even when I present vague symptoms. I am never rushed. Gina assures that I can get an appointment any time I need it. On-site blood tests are so convenient. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes me feel good even when I go there not feeling well. I have moved to NC and have come back to see the Dr. I am feeling sorry to leave health care provider. I confidently recommend Dr. Kapadia.
