Our review is based upon the contact for cardiac care post operation. Twice we were told someone would call for follow up and also, when presented with a bill we couldn't justify, we also were told someone would call and follow up to answer our questions. We have not received any follow up calls or email at all as of April 2018 The good doctor attended to my wife when she had a triple bypass in October 2017.

He didn’t spend enough time with me, as a patient. It didn’t feel personable. Also, the front desk receptionist were rude and slow. The wait time is atrocious. Avoid this center if possible!!!

Dr. Sohail may be a great Dr. I would not know because out of three visits to his office, I've spent a total of 5 minute with him. His staff is horrible when it comes to medical billing and actual test procedure. I played test dummy when one of his staff members was trying to perform an EKG and could not connect the leads properly. During an Echo procedure, the tech. actually stopped in the middle to take a cell phone call. They overcharged my FSA and refused to refund it.

I have been seeing Dr. Sohail for a few years now and was very happy with the care that I received until I went recently. His staff is very incompetent when it comes to insurance and how it works and rude. When I tried to explain they acted like I was lying and that they were correct and in fact they were not correct. I will not be returning to this office as I was treated very rudely. The last two times I have seen the NP not the actual Dr himself.

Not only is Dr. Sohail rude and abrasive but his staff is no better. The phone constantly goes to voicemail or it rings busy. Trying to get approved for a refill is a nightmare. If you have a choice, go elsewhere because I'm sure you won't regret it. The only reason he has 2 stars is because the facility is nice.

I've been taking my father to Dr. Sohail since December 2015 for pulmonary hypertension. Wait time usually 60-90 minutes. Our last visit was to follow up after Dr. Sohail ordered my dad to use CPAP for sleep apnea. We waited 70 minutes. He asked 1 question then decided my dad need a sleep aid + continue with the CPAP + follow up in 3 months. I asked for result from CPAP report, Dr. Sohail did not review it nor did he even have the report. Very poor patient care. My dad deserves better.

Doctor did not seem to be willing to educate himself on my symptoms and was very condescending. He came in to my room unprepared and antagoniatic. I did not feel that he was concerned for my health.
