Dr. Gordon has been a godsend. He's the only spine doctor who has listened and done everything possible for my back and the pain associated with it. He listens to his patients and I like his method of doing what is needed without jumping to the surgery only option.

The doctor's office lied to me and my insurance. They said that the doctor prescribed my medicine. I tried to confirm with the staff that he actually did before I made my appointment and came into DC from Germantown, MD but they refused to help me. Instead, they told me that I had to come in and talk to the doctor. I had to drive to DC for nothing. The doctor would not even see me and an assistant told me that they could not help me. In my opinion, this is a very poor practice.

Dr. Gordon has been my doctor for 8 years now . I came to see him after having 4 spinal surgeries which caused even more pain than before my surgeries. He is extremely knowledgeable and his bedside manner is great. He gives me S1 epidurals approx every 3-4 months and in combination with medication its reduced my pain by about 80% and allowed me to do everyday activities with little pain. I have followed him through 4 different office changes within the practice because I trust him 100%

A factory. That's it. Get you in, get you out, and get your insurance money. Little to no listening. Dr. Gordon doesn't ask if the last treatment helped and doesn't really understand pain in my opinion. A sad testimony for a Dr. that is supposed to be treating it. The shots were so fast you have no idea what they did. Administrative staff is average at best. PA's are great but not decision makers. Go elsewhere if you really have chronic pain and not pill hunting. There are much better

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gordon. He truly cares about the comfort, well-being and overall health of his patients. After spinal surgery, I was still experiencing pain, so I saw Dr. Gordon. Dr. Gordon repeatedly called and texted my neurosurgeon to communicate his thoughts and advocate on my behalf. I have never experienced the type of genuine concern that Dr. Gordon shares for his patients from any other doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gordon was initially quite nice to me, we mapped out a plan for me to be off of my pain medication by going down ten percent per month. Then on my second visit he decided to insist that it would be better if I went into rehab! I couldn't believe it! How insensitive! When I said what about our plan, he finally agreed to take me down slowly. I am not thrilled to be working with him!!!

Waited for an hour. He was distracted entire length of visit & left room twice during visit. Didn't really take the time to explain options & plan of action. Very pleasant person but didn't present as genuine.
