My mom and I have made multiple calls this week to try and get her pump supplies called in to pharmacy. Three days and we are STILL waiting for them to call in a diagnosis after hey told me bvb yesterday they would. How hard is it to make a phone call for a critical patient on an insulin pump?

Dismissed my symptoms as nothing without every even asking me what they were! It sounds like exaggeration but it is unfortunately true...she never once asked me what symptoms I was suffering. I think she doesn't care because she just makes automatic decisions based on lab work. I'm pretty sure...Read More

I went for a initial consultation. She is strict and will not look beyond what is already written in the medical book. She will not help and look for alternatives to help with my hashimotos. To help suppress it from actively attacking the thyroid. Much like celiacs there are triggers but she says...Read More
