Excellent Doctor. He understands you. He listens to you so much detail. If you have a severe Non-Er situation he will take you as a walk-in. I thought as a female, i should have a female PRIMARY but dr. Loya take his patients with non partial behaviour. I am glad i chose him as my primary family...Read More

He made a rude comment in front of my daughter when I was in a comma state in neuro ICU. My daughter took him out in the hall and had to tell him to never disrespect women or me ever again
