I called to schedule an appt. with Dr. Asim Razzaq and the manager in which i spoke with was totally rude and offensive to be about the diagnosis i needed to me handled by this office made me feel horrible because i didn't know the name of my diagnosis and hung up on me. i called back in and asked why i was hung up on and all she could say was i can't help you if you don't know what your diagnosis is. then she hung up on me for a second time by this time I'm a little angry so i call back up this time i speak to the Dr. of the office just for him to tell me to take my business somewhere else. so i went to the office to talk to the Dr. in person, i was told to be seated and he'd be right out, he never came out the back and seconds later security was in and I'm escorted out. this office is a complete joke and ii wouldn't recommend ANYONE to visit this well unprofessional office unless you like commotion and arguing i was treated like trash and i would never recommend christian north east

Would not recommend. Very poor office staff. Needs to take care of current patients not keep taking on new ones. Needs to read patients current medical conditions before giving them meds that don't agree with them.

I would like to take this opportunity to stand corrected about anything I said that had a negative impact about Dr.Razzag and the St.louis Urologists.I had prostate cancer and with the help of god blessing the Holistic medicine I took prior to my Laproscopy, and the meticulous procedure done by Dr.Asam Razzaq, Dr.Jagger with the newest technology availble,3 Telsa MRI blue laser, and the Devincie robot to remove my prostate and nerve sparing techniques that were carefully used in lifesaving op.??

Excellent Doctor/Surgeon. Use's state of the art technics/procedures that minimalize recovery and pain levels. Tells you what will happen and what is needed - doesn't candy coat things, if you need or want that look else ware. He saw me 3 times in the hospital over the weekend during my last surgery, he is a very hard working dedicated surgeon with your best interest in his heart at all times.

Extremely upsetting. 50 minutes in the patient room waiting. No one came in and touched base with me with something like, the Dr is running a little behind, may I get you anything?' I could hear him talk to nurse while doing paperwork. I have a hematologist, neurologist, rheumatologist, neuron surgeon I have seen this year. I have done countless MRI's, Xray's and procedures. And not one made me wait 50 minutes for a minor outpatient surgery consultation. Totally unacceptable customer service.

Although my appointment was 8:00 am., I waited 25 minutes to be seen. No introductions as new patient. Poor communication. I was diagnosed before I could even finish telling him my problem. When I asked for explanation of the pain I felt, he went on to give me a 2nd grade health class explanation of how the heart pumps blood. Then completely ignored the pain problem. Very little to no explanation of what to do next. I would recommend you find another doctor.

He saved my life because he treated me as a person with a disease and took the appropriate steps to solve the problem. His caring bedside manner is excellent. His reputation is such that no one I have spoke with regarding him has had a negative response yet.

Dr. Razzaq makes you feel like you are # 40 of his patients in a day, no smile, no kindness, just he's going thru the motions of his daily job! I'm looking for a new Dr. Who gives me the feeling that he/she cares...The staff in that office are unfruendly & not once have they said hello, how are you ~ nothing..The main nurse gives you no privacy..Its just one of those offices /Dr's you would never recommend to family or friend..
