Dr. Ajaz was my pain management specialist when he was with another practice. I was disappointed when he left to join a practice in Round Rock since I lived way out in Steiner Ranch. I have always found him to be caring, competent, and an excellent physician. I recently moved to Cedar Park and moved my care back to Dr. Ajaz and am so happy to do that. I would and do recommend him to people who need his specialty.

Angie in Round Rock. I moved to Tx 2 yrs ago. I have never had to see a pain management doc before. TX medical system is different from where I came from. Dr. Aijaz took me in and did help me. I was a mess before him. He is very understanding and will listen to what you have to say. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is the poorest excuse for a pain management doctor I have ever experienced. Does not care about you or your pain in my opinion. He doesn't even look you in the eye he only looks down. In my opinion he is awful

He was able to help with pain that I was dealing with resulting from an ablation done for kidney cancer. His first treatment of injection did not help, but the medication prescribed did. And, it was not a narcotic. I have been suffering terribly for 10 months, now the pain is manageable. I am so very appreciative of Dr. Ajaz.

I would not recommend Dr.Ajaz to anyone. I was told for over two years that he was my Doctor but the only time I ever met him was for about ten seconds as I was being sedated for an injection. Also their billing department is the worst I have ever delt with. I told them I wanted to pay as I went and I did. Then I would receive huge bills in the mail that I also paid. Now after not seeing this office for over Seven months I got another bill for $258. Collecting money is all he's good for.

Dr Aijaz, Well I've been with him several years and he has done nothing to discus my treatment with me. And if I have question he seems to get irritated and then just says he will cancel what he has plans or I can go along with it. He never seems available. When I first had to go to him because my doctor retired. He wanted to change everything when I asked if he read my file he said NO. He seems very petty to me as well.

Spent only 5 min talking to me. Gave me a medication with side effects that I had stated on my forms that I already had major trouble with which tells me he didn't even bother to read my chart. Doesn't think my chronic pain is bad enough to take leave from work and would not write me a note excusing any absences, but sent me to have ketamine injections for 6 days. So my pain isn't bad enough to take sick leave but u are willing to send me to get incredibly powerful anesthesia? Make up your mind!
