Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

Dr. Briggs says...

I wanted to become a doctor to help women through all aspects of their life. From their first appointment at the gynecologist office, to discussing family planning, welcoming children into their life, to their menopause years. I want to help every woman enjoy the stage of life they are experiencing. I will take time to listen to your needs and together we will develop a plan that you are satisfied with.

I am on a national committee that focuses on improving the health of Native American women and their unborn child. I enjoy trying to incorporate traditional beliefs and practices into modern medicine.

In my personal time I enjoy being outside with my family, riding horses and doing stained glass.
