Dr Qamar saved my father's life. I am forever grateful we found him to do a procedure other doctors said could not be performed. When previously told by several doctors that he needed both feet amputated & our hope was gone, Dr Qamar helped my daddy keep his feet and walk again, going on 7 years. Besides being a caring, compassionate and thorough examining doctor, his bedside manners are the best of any doctor I have dealt with. Most definitely we will bring our daddy back to him

The best heart doctor ever...he literally saved my sons and my life. He is the most caring doctor ever and never runs other doctors down. He goes out of his way to treat the poor and indigent for free. He loves all his patients and treats everyone like gold. I would be dead had he not caught my heart problem and put a defibrillator-pacemaker, ICD in my chest. I will be forever indebted to him. And he came to the hospital immediately after my husband died to sign the death certificate. The best!
