Rushes thru appointment
He rushes thru appointment and very very rather extremely poor with follow ups . For him it might be just another surgery, another patient, another procedure. But patients might be getting it done for first time.

Recommended and performed a prostate biopsy even though my PSA reading was lower than two of the previous annual tests (4.7) ... my GP appeared skeptical that this was necessary but it did allow $5K billed to my insurance (and $250 out of pocket for me) Also, the negative test result could have been communicated with a 1 minute phone call or message instead of requiring a fully billed $250 one minute visit

Dr. A. Keehn is excellent. He listens. Plans action steps together. Answers questions and does not make you feel rushed. The Doctor showed before and/or after pictures at each surgery of the organs’ appearance (prostate & kidney) that was quite interesting. Would recommend to everyone. Waiting room could use new chairs.

Had laser stone surgery by Dr. Keehn to get rid of kidney stones. During the procedure he no longer found stones in my kidney and proceeded to look in my bladder and disturbed something internally because 36 hours later I was in full blown sepsis talking incoherently and in pain. He denied having anything to do with it and got very beligerant. It had to do with what he did in my bladder that caused it. Once going to the ER and getting admitted, I had spent a week in the hospital on antibiotics that thankfully got rid of it. I have had this procedure done in the past with absolutely no problems following it. Stay away. I wouldn't let him ever touch me again.

Wanted to do cystoscopy "just to take a look and make sure." 10 days later, was still having severe pain and blood. Both office staff and online say should end in day or two at most after procedure, if at all. Wouldn't let him touch my dog.
