This physician caused acute, prolonged and possibly permanent damage to my throat, mouth, trachea and airway during a "botched" intubation attempt during a hip surgery. Than had the nerve to suggest i must be difficult to intubate. Never an issue with over one dozen surgeries. Did not explain...more
