This was my very first surgery (robotic assisted laparoscopic gallbladder removal) & I was nervous, scared & my anxiety was a 10/10! .... But I must say, Dr. Kim & his entire team did so well at relaxing me & making me feel safe! I was crying when he came to bring me back to surgery & his response was "oh why are you crying, are you that excited for surgery, those must be tears of joy". :) He is very kind, professional, & empathetic! I would let him perform any surgery on me!!

I was totally devastated when my father passed away from simple gallbladder surgery because of Dr. Kim's error. He didn't let us know what problem he had encountered until days after the surgery and my father suffered for a week leaking bile into his abdomen. It took the other doctor's 4 days to acknowledge that there was a leak from the surgery, even though they stated that Leaking bile was one of the most common problems from gallbladder surgery.

Dr. Kim botched my grandfather's surgery and he is now dead because of Dr. Kim's inadequacy. I will never allow any of my loved ones to go to this hospital again. Our family is devastated by our unexpected loss. Do not trust Dr. Kim with your family, he will kill them.

Dr. Arthur Kim is very friendly and very easy to talk to. I was very afraid before the surgery but Dr. Kim put me at ease with jokes and his comfort speaking. I'll recommend Dr. Kim to everyone. He is #1 on my list. If I need any surgery in the future, he is the one I want to do it! Thanks Dr/Mr. Kim. ??

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
