Care Philosophy

I believe in teaching patients to understanf the disease and how to get well through surgery or medications. If patients understanf what the disease is about, they become very active and positive toward my reccomendation. This further extends into the idea of team work. I am not a one man army to treat all diseases. I believe in ONE TEAM.

Atlanta, GA |
Dr Kim saved my daughter's life and leg! fast acting and superior knowledge as a surgeon, we were blessed to be at the right place at the right time!
in Baton Rouge, LA |
This was my very first surgery (robotic assisted laparoscopic gallbladder removal) & I was nervous, scared & my anxiety was a 10/10! .... But I must say, Dr. Kim & his entire team did so well at relaxing me & making me feel safe! I was crying when he came to bring me back to surgery & his response was "oh why are you crying, are you that excited for surgery, those must be tears of joy". :) He is very kind, professional, & empathetic! I would let him perform any surgery on me!!
Prairieville, LA |
I was totally devastated when my father passed away from simple gallbladder surgery because of Dr. Kim's error. He didn't let us know what problem he had encountered until days after the surgery and my father suffered for a week leaking bile into his abdomen. It took the other doctor's 4 days to acknowledge that there was a leak from the surgery, even though they stated that Leaking bile was one of the most common problems from gallbladder surgery.
Baton Rouge, LA |
Dr. Kim botched my grandfather's surgery and he is now dead because of Dr. Kim's inadequacy. I will never allow any of my loved ones to go to this hospital again. Our family is devastated by our unexpected loss. Do not trust Dr. Kim with your family, he will kill them.

Dr. Arthur Kim is very friendly and very easy to talk to. I was very afraid before the surgery but Dr. Kim put me at ease with jokes and his comfort speaking. I'll recommend Dr. Kim to everyone. He is #1 on my list. If I need any surgery in the future, he is the one I want to do it! Thanks Dr/Mr. Kim. ??
