I have no problem with Dr. Christiano other than the fact that he is "Over Billing", his Billing Staff are rude, and that he, frankly, didn't help me. I payed a $60 Co-pay, and prior to even seeing the Dr Christiano, I was given an unnecessary Xray. I explained that "Partners" had a 4yr old MRI of the problem. My second appointment after 2nd understandable MRI. I pay a $60 Copay. Dr Christiano told me that the rotator cuff is still torn, but no change. However, he recommends another doctor to preform the repair surgery. He doesn't feel like he could do it? A month later, I receive a bill that says that my insurance has raised them on their Tier program, and I should have been charged $75 for each visit. The Billing Dept. Rep. was rude and non empathetic. She just brushed me off. Obviously, the reason for Dr. Christiano being Specialist Tier 3 (the highest Tier and Copay possible) is due to over billing. Insurance pays $935 and I pay $125 ($1060), for a RECOMMENDATION!!!

Had a shoulder issue, needed replacement. Where I live doctors are limited. My son referred me to Dr. Christaino. I liked him right off, good sense of humor. That's one of my criteria a Dr. has to meet. He did a full workup on me and confirmed my issue. Booked in, had the surgery was so good I had the other one done I needed it . Follow up was done , I knew it would be through , and it was!!!

I had shoulder surgery done by Dr. Christiano, he was very professional, courteous and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable and explained the surgery in great detail so I knew what to expect. I have been doing great with my recovery and would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to him. His staff is amazing too!

Arrogant, condescending manner and his failure to treat my knee injury has caused me lasting damage. I was still having severe pain & disability after a fracture and he repeatedly told me nothing could be done, he refused to offer more care. I found another surgeon who quickly diagnosed me with synovitis, which is common after the type of fracture I had. As a result of waiting for 2 years for treatment I sufferered permanent arthritis damage to my hands from using a cane to walk.

I suffered a broken clavicle due to a car accident. Dr. Christiano came highly recommended from a friend. None the less I still interviewed a couple of Doctors. I am very pleased that I chose him. He explained the procedure and what to expect for recovery. I found him very easy to communicate with from the first to the last appointment. He demonstrated a nice balance of professionalism, competence and compassion. He did an amazing job! I would recommend him to anyone.
