Dr. Aris Yannopoulos is superior at spine surgery. After looking at my X-rays and my MRI results he was sure of the procedure needed to expedite my recovery. He was clear in describing both the problem and solution. Surgery was arranged quickly and performed with expert efficiency. I highly recommend this surgeon. He compliments his skills by surrounding himself with a caring support staff. My surgery was difficult and scary. For me, Dr. Yannopoulos was the perfect choice of surgeon and I now enjoy the excellent results.

I went into hospital with a 24/7 eight level of pain. I WALKED out of hospital with zero pain and no swelling after torn meniscus repair and immediately had full use of knee. I have a little stiffness and soreness as I begin to go back to full normal activities, but it has only been 7 day since surgery so is to be expected.

We saw Dr Yannopolis on the advice of my primary care doctor for Spinal Stenosis. He was able to see me the day after I returned to the US from a hospital in the Netherlands. I was not able to walk on my own and lost much muscle mass in a short period of time. Dr Yannopolis performed ACDF surgery on my spine the following week. The operation was a success and after physical therapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation in a nursing home, I am able to walk on my own, climb stairs, and have a normal life again. His staff was wonderful, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Yannopoulis as well as his staff.

If you are looking for a good Orthopedic Surgeon do yourself a huge favor and keep on looking. This doctor decided long before I met him what he thought of my situation. He did a cursory 1 minute exam then told me I just have muscle pain, need to work out more. Of course, in the month before seeing him for the first time, I saw another provider in his office, whom took many x rays of my C Spine, Lumbar Spine, Hips, Knees & Ankles which revealed osteoarthritis, bone spurs, bursitis, tendonitis, cervical lordosis and chondromalacia patellae, many of which were confirmed with a MRI. He immediately dismissed all of the x rays (that his office did on site) said my MRI looked great, my spine is perfect, and I should thank my parents for giving me such good genes. He constantly cut me off, talked over me and dismissed all of my concerns. But he did take the time to complain about his own back pain? Like I care about his medical issues? Run far, run fast, this guy doesn't have a damn clue!

He was terrific, patient, kind, understanding. He showed me and my husband the results of my MRI. Accentuated the fact that my neck condition would not be improved by surgery, which I would have willingly consented to.

The nurses and staff were very friendly but, If you have an appointment with this doctor please cancel it. To make a long story short he comes into the office and already has an answer for my pain even before I give him my whole story from the accident. Doesn’t listen to me and understand my symptoms of the pain I received after my car accident. All he told me was nothings broken just go to the gym, exercise and work through the pain. Great advice Doc!!

When I went to see this Doctor, I could barely walk! He told me I had runners knee and sent me to physical therapy which was a total waste of my time and money! I saw another Ortho and had emergency surgery on both knees for multiple meniscus tears! Really! Stay clear of this doctor!
