My visit was very pleasant. The receptionist and Dr. Dalvi's staff were pleasant. Dr. Dalvi is kind and listens to my complaints. He does not overdose me with needless medication. I trust and respect him.

03/23/2021 Dr. Dalvi is so assuring and genuine. His first rate knowledge of my Movement Disorder is fantastic. I started seeing him merely because he was in my insurance network. Now that I see him, I thank goodness for it. His whole staff is the best! I've always believed a great leader or person in charge will surround himself with people that reflect his own sincerity and commitment - and that applies to everyone who works there. Janice and Sherryl ( I hope I remembered her name correctly...she is his Intern) are so professional, and were so sincere. I had not been there for quite a while due to my health, but they remembered me too. A special thanks to Shayla. When I switched to medicare, she patiently walked me through all the steps and made sure I had my PCP referral. She is awesome! Lastly, the gentleman at the front window who signed me in remembered me as well. He greated me and made me feel welcome. All I have to say is Wow! Hal Plotkin

I am a caretaker for a lived one with Parkinson’s which impairs her speech, walking, memory, and makes her a fall risk. I was told I could not walk Into the office with her due to covid, although I am her caretaker. While I understand limiting exposure, there are exceptions which should be made to ensure the safety of the patient. I called in from outside the office. Dalvi was suggesting dramatic changes to her perscription regime, which the patient is sensitive to, and large changes always backfire. I explained that I feel like changes should be isolated, so we can see the direct cause and effect relationship with each change, rather than changing at once and having no idea what is causing the symptoms, good or bad. I explained this to dalvi but he insisted on the changes. When the patient woke up the next morning, she was shaking, couldn’t walk, think, breathing was difficult. She was a vegetable. I called the office and told them I’m coming over and they need to see her.

The nurse was curt and business like. The doctor was polite but brushed off questions and prescribed a drug with a 90 day prescription without describing any of the side effects, which were considerable. I felt he was giving greater consideration to the time spent, rather than the patient and their issues.

Dr. Dalvi is excellent, & I have already recommended him to my family & friends. He was my first choice on a list of movement disorder specialists, & was worth waiting for. He is professional, yet warm & easy to talk to. He & his NP, Shelley Timmons, explain everything carefully & answer my questions fully. Dr. Dalvi is a true expert in his field, & I highly recommend him.

I had been to 8 neurologists prior to DR. Dalvi. He is by far the most competent and professional of any that I have seen. He's not only extremely knowledgeable, but also is very compassionate as well! He is, in my opinion, the best of the very best in his field. I feel very fortunate that I was able to find him. Although I have long drive from Aventura to see him, it's well my time!! If you're a person who has Parkinson's as I am. he's the guy to see! His staff is also fantastic. Marc Wolfson
