I went to Dr Perry on advice from a friend. I was going to him for a second opinion from my doctor whose only option was to do disc surgery. I was so happy that Dr Perry suggested options besides surgery. He was personable and answered all of my, and my wife’s, many questions. I will now continue with Dr Perry and his course of treatment for my back.

As a new patient I absolutely loved everything about my visit with Dr.Perry/ Ryan E Williams PA -C!! (Centennial Location) The front staff, the MA’s, Radiology, are all people I came in contact with. Each one, had the same level of professionalism and compassion. Dr. Perry is a very caring and kind man ,which shows thru his mannerisms even as he simple walks down the hall interacting with people. Ryan has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease as she explains patiently , with detailed information about medical results, recommendations and encouragement— regardless of how many questions you ask! Although we dt want to have to see each other soon, I will be looking Ffwd to the next time I have to “ deal with” a visit at this office. I also spoke briefly with a wonderful young man named Alex. I am Impressed with how the whole office works so smoothing together as a caring compassionate and uplifting team. ??????

Reason for visit is to address issues with my neck, my insurance wouldn't allow me to see a previous physician with DOC Dr. Dunn, who did my extensive low back surgery so they recommend Dr. Perry because he works directly with Dr. Dunn and because he also came highly recommend with his credentials.

I could hear alot patients come and go in all the other rooms by mines! Another doc came in told me the doc I'm supposed to see got called away, noone bothered to tell me this and had me waiting for hours in the room!! Then to only tell me nothing wrong with my lower back! So no I'm not happy I'm not satisfied with how things was handled

Absolutely awesome! Dr Perry is well deserving of a perfect score! He presents himself as knowledgeable & caring & I believe his surgical skills are performed with a high caliber of proficiency & integrity. I get infuriated when I see low ratings on a very few reviews, while majority of reviews are 4 & 5 stars. A highly skilled doctor has been making sacrifices ever since medical school; to himself, to his family, and even to patients in waiting room vs ones in hospitals. The overall experience I had during 1st appt with Dr Perry, confirmed what I had suspected after thoroughly reading reviews before scheduling. Dr Perry is guilty of having the utmost professionalism, guilty of being a highly knowledgeable surgeon, and guilty of answering questions with patience, and then presenting treatment options available so I could be included in decision process. His calming demeanor alleviated my fears toward surgery & I’m grateful he accepted my case.

I went in for my initial consultation. Dr. Perry would not even come into the room. He was out in the hall and looked at my films and came back in telling me he would have to move my lung to get to the disc. 1. No actual exam of my back and he missed the half orange sized lipoma growing in the middle of my spine. 2. Missed the fact I had a ulcer in my stomach which was boring thru me...I later bled and passed out from blood loss coming home on the road from Reno. Ulcers mimick back pain. 3. Gave me 20 seconds to talk and never even let me discuss the lower back problem that has resulted in severe nerve damage from previous fusion surgery. How can he be a good doctor if he won't even let you tell you where it hurts. I had severe radiculopathy and he never let me even tell him about it....left down the hallway and charged me a fortune. 4. No exam....of the spine....like I said he never even came in the room. Terrible... Incompetent In What It means To Be A Doctor....let alone a surgeon.

Had some referral difficulty due to insurance coverage. That and a long wait time were the only negatives. Did not actually see Dr. Perry. We saw his NA Miss Ryan Williams. The absolute best and most intelligent nursing assistant ever. She explained everything about the X-ray and MRI results that prior surgeons had not. Took time to answer all questions and gave us Dr. Perry’s recommendation of injection rather than surgery with full explanation why.

I had a ruptured disc and developed Cauda Equina Syndrome. I live in the middle of nowhere in Arizona about 120 miles from Las Vegas. We called spinal specialists in Flagstaff,AZ Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. Sent all my records every where trying to get an appointment. Dr Perry’s office got me in first thing in the morning. He and Elizabeth his Physicians Assistant, assessed me and scheduled me for immediate emergency surgery. Within 3 hours I was in the operating room. Every one from his front office staff to the radiology tech to check out were kind and considerate. They listened to me and made me feel at ease. The only reason I’m walking today is because Dr Perry and Elizabeth knew what to look for and never hesitated with directing my care. I would highly recommend this entire group to everyone I know. I will be forever grateful that they helped me in my time of need. I am an ICU nurse and from a medical standpoint they are 5-STAR all the way!! I am eternally grateful ??
