We loved Dr. Archie. She was on time and spent lots of time talking to us and explaining. She asked genuine questions about both of my children and only one of them was her patient! Evan is 9 and he said she's one of his favorite doctors ever because she is "nice, pretty and appreciates poop jokes." We left with a clear, concise plan of care. Highly recommend her.

Those positive ratings must be false. This doctor is incompetent and can possibly cause the death of a child. Unfortunately in our case... my child was neglected under her care for years. Her condition worsen and this doctor went home daily to sleep and laugh in the office. My child’s pediatrician also said Dr.Ramaswami lack basic medical GI knowledge.

Not sure why this women became a doctor. Always smiling but consistently demonstrated inability to provide basic GI care. Don’t expect to receive any education regarding your condition from her or proper treatment. Be prepared to suffer in your disease condition if placed under her care. This doctor is incompetent and probably does not care. If you love your child, don’t waste your time. My warnings to you, search for another GI doctor

Dr Ramaswami was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions as the parent of a first time patient, without making me feel rushed or belittling me. She listened well and gave very informative responses after examining my child and suggesting next steps. Highly recommend her based on our first encounter. Hoping her ongoing care will resolve my child’s issues. Scheduling lady (Julissa) was also extremely understanding and helpful. She got us a same day appt!

I would reccommend Dr. Archie. I was very impressed that she took the time to allow us to express our concerns and issues. She was patient with us and took the time to ensure we understood everything she spoke about. She answered every question we had Completely. She took the time with us and that is impressive to me. That shows me she really cares and will help us properly diagnosis his issues. She was awesome!!

My only compliant is the wait time. We are a new patient. We were still in the waiting room an hour after our appointment time. After I mentioned that to the woman at the front desk, we were taken to a room. We still had to wait 15 minutes or longer before Dr. Ramaswami came in. We really did like her. She talked to my son, she listened to everything that had been going on the last couple of weeks, and made sure that we understood what we needed to do at home.

I am a stickler for my appointments being on time (crazy, I know) but this provider impressed me enough for once in my life, I felt the extended wait time was worth it. Dr. Ramaswami saw my 14 year old daughter for a new patient appointment and I could not be happier with our experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in terms we could understand and connected on a personal level with my child. She has an excellent bed side manner and was thorough in her assessment.
