This is more of a review on CHI as a whole. They scheduled my EMG 2 and a half months out, the "first" appointment I could get. Put me on the waiting list. Day of the EMG comes. I leave work at 1:30 for my 3:30 appointment, 2 accidents and 3 reroutes later I run into their office at 3:52 pm. My appointment cutoff was 3:45 pm. I had to wait 2 and a half months and they cannot wait 7 extra minutes? What is this world coming to. Rescheduled my EMG, now for 48 days from today.

If you had a neurological problem that is black and white like MS, this would be a great doctor to go to. If your condition (such as numbness) is of a fibromyalgia origin, your out of luck. In fact, you will feel completely unsupported. I understand she is black and white about things, but not all things are so easy. And people can have multiple things wrong with them of different natures involving different causes. She went so far as to call my daughter an invalid...seriously?? How low!

After a hurried initial visit and then almost 6 months to get a follow up, I was examined by Dr. McVey and she was curt, condescending, and hurried throughout the session. It seems as if she can not immediately come to a diagnosis, she doesn't want to bother with the patient and suggest they find another doctor for a second opinion.

Dr Mcvey started out like she was going to treat me and help me through my chronic pain I have in almost every area of my body. After several expensive lab tests and mri and ct scan she finally concluded she had no clue what was causing my acute pain nor could she treat it.After pressuring her to find a treatment plan she referred me to an another doctor he is quite confident he can treat me.Dr Mcvey is very preoccupied with something or somewhere else when you talk with her.She is a quack.
