Dr Fetzer, David and the entire support team is incredible. I am so thankful to have Dr Fetzer as my physician. She is a one of a kind doctor that evaluates my condition by talking and listening to my concerns. Her recommendations start out by avoiding surgical remedies and focuses on the least intrusive means and methods to accomplish the end results. Her treatment solution has me at 80% and am expected to get more improvement over time. I can not thank her enough!

I was in pain for a year, saw two spine doctors, two chiropractors, two physical therapists, another physiologist--they all had me misdiagnosed. But Dr. Fetzer figured out my condition (myofascial pain syndrome) within the first 15 minutes of my appointment with her. She's the best. Never has a doctor brought me such relief in such a time of need.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Fetzer,, her PA, and the entire staff at Rush Ortho, where I have never had to wait to get in and even got in early when I arrived early. I have lumbar stenosis and she was very honest with me about my condition and the limitations of treatments. I had the epidural injections and they helped immensely, although it is likely I may be back next year for more. Most of all, I appreciate her telling me the truth and not bad-mouthing chiropractors or acupuncturists.

I have been seeing Dr. April Fetzer for over 7 years for cervical & lumbar back problems. She has helped me when other doctors basically told me there wasn't much else they could do for me and just wanted to give drugs. Even after moving out of state last year, I still make the trip in to see her regularly. She listens to and provides great feedback. With facet injections, trigger point injections, etc. she is top notch! I am so thankful to have found her! With her help I remain mobile & active!

Dr Fetzer took the time to read my background and listen to my concerns. Based on that and the instant X-ray she was able to begin a treatment. I feel confident that we will find a solution for my issues together. Her assistant was also very nice and informative

Dr. Fetzer is very knowledgeable but uncaring physician. She is very regimented in running her appointments and surgery but has little understanding or compassion for individuals with complex medical conditions. I was reprimanded for canceling surgical procedures when my medical conditions that did not make them possible. It is obvious she makes her money scheduling procedures off-site at surgery center and hates cancels because she loses money. She truly didn't care about my medical needs.

Would not recommend. Was 19 minutes late due to 2 hour traffic jam and 10 minute valet parking line. So arrogant they sent me home. Do not go to any dr who would do this. There are so many great hopitals and doctors too choose from. The male receptionist was ignorantly smiling and enjoyed turning me away.

I've had chronic back pain for 3/4 of a year now, and Dr. Fetzer patiently explained the source of my pain and created an action plan. She spends as much time as is needed explaining the issue and answering my questions. David, her assistant, is attentive, compassionate, and follows up without fail. Lastly, the staff at Midwest is outstanding, efficient, and courteous.
