Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Patel "Elite surgical skill is the single best reason to choose Dr. Anup Patel. Consistently exceptional aesthetic and reconstructive outcomes are the direct byproduct of Dr. Patel's elite surgical skill. Dr. Anup Patel is a board-certified specifically trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon, completing his training at the Yale University Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Additionally, he pursued further training in hand/upper extremity surgery and microsurgery, having completing a combined fellowship at the New York University Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Mt. Sinai Department of Orthopaedics.

The pivotal role surgical skill plays in determining outcomes is often downplayed. This is because many physicians performing plastic surgery procedures may overstate their qualifications playing on public misperceptions. This can compromise surgical outcomes and jeopardize patient safety.

Choose elite surgical skill. Choose the exceptional outcome."
