Dr. Zarynov was friendly and kind. He gave me a recommendation for surgery and explained the reason for choosing this option. I have to lose weight before surgery, but I will definately choose Dr. Z for my surgery!

Great doctor. He was not quick to get me into surgery. Tried epidural first, which didn’t work. Then he recommended surgery. Surgery was a success. I would recommend him. Dr. Zaryanov did an awesome job repairing my knee after severe damage to my Tibia. After what he called one of the worst Tibia breaks he has ever seen I am able to walk with little discomfort 7 months later. (Up to 1 year recovery time.)
