Very pleased. He got right to the point after checking out my entire body for suspicious looking spots. He considered 2 needed to be cut out and tested and we proceeded to the OR down the hall and did it! No waiting and having to return another day to have it done!

My experience with Dr. Van Norman was very good. He took the time to hear about all of my concerns. He identified the problems quickly and treated them. One problem was not as easily identifiable as it was in a state of lesser appearance. The doctor offered a chance to make an immediate call-in to the office whenever the site was showing its more extreme appearance so that he could more accurately identify it. I appreciate having that option being made available.

Administrative management is horrendous. Appointments lost, delayed. Gross scheduling practices.

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
