I am a patient of Dr. Mangia for a year now. His prescription is helpful towards my condition. But the wait time is horrible and receptionist is not helpful to patients. Dr. Mangia never saw me on time. Receiptionst are rude enough to confirm an appointment with me saying all the reports are in to see the doctor. I’m waiting his office for an hour and half, paid my co pay and now they are saying they have not received all my reports yet. Who should I file my official complaint to?

This is truthfully the worst experience(s) I've ever had with a medical office. My experience with the doctor himself was ok, but the office and staff are deplorable. You have to sit on hold 15 minutes to speak to anyone, and call back repeatedly to have the Rx called in. There is no follow up from there end, in terms of blood work and test results. I've left emergency messages with the answering service and no one responds. It shocks me that the place is still in business.
