One of the worse gyn office I have ever experienced. The staff is very unprofessional and not trained in the proper way to deal with patients at the front desk. The doctor dismissed all of my concerns and made me feel inadequate about my symptoms, told me it's not real. I was referred to his office for female related issues, I couldn't speak about my symptoms and he just cut me off at every word. I had a sonogram and the MA had to write the results on a paper . I'm 100% sure the sonogram wasn't done with his complete focus. There was no paper in the machines to print a professional sonogram results. I'm looking for another doctor. Please advocate for yourselves. Drs don't care anymore.

Ignorant office staff
Drove 2 hrs in pain . Average wait time on tel id 90 mins .make appt at 1 location. They call from another . They want Ins info . They leave message knowing u can not get thru .I call 8 am on dot get dr by mistake . He says call back in 5 mins . I do on hold 59 mins when staff calls in . Saying dr said to call u . We confirm ins then I ask for correct address since it don’t match the tel # . She her the staff gives me wrong address! She says get their early I do . Staff then says they cancelled my appt . I show them they did not . Takes them a hour to figure out I’m in wrong location . They send me to other location . Half way their they call to say they are closed .. Two hour drive and gas in pain for nothing . Crying shaking mad .

i had terrible pains that made me miserable. He expressed empathy and concern every time I went to see him. I am more than thankful for having a doctor like him. I will continue to see him and definitely recommend him to others!

I love Dr. Gyang. He treats me with respect and has so much knowledge and is so attentive.. He really pays attention to details and makes sure that I follow up with my mammograms and I really appreciate that. The staff is also very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend anyone to see him for OB/GYN care.

Dr Gyang had to do a Biopsy, however, He noticed I was in excruciating pain while he examined me and recommended I get the Biopsy in the Surgery Ctr while sedated as opposed to having it done at his office while awake.. I was so grateful to see how he cared about the pain I would go through had I not been sedated.. I had the procedure done with minimal pain afterward.. He gave me medication that has worked wonders for me since the procedure.. Oh..the results were NEG..?? He is AWESOME!!

Diagnosed me with Interstitlial cystitis BEFORE he came into the exam room, would not address the reason that I was sent there by another doctor, would not look at the tests that I had already done over the previous year, prescribed an expensive compounded cream that burns just as badly as Premarin so, total waste of my time and money--I think he diagnoses every woman of a certain age with Interstitial cysttis, guess we all have the same condition if we're over 40?
